What is Movement Max Mix™?
Movement Max Mix™ is a personalized, organized plan and program to teach athletes and teams to get the most out of their mind and body in life and in sports. Our Mix is a unique combination of Feldenkrais® practices, the Pilates system and Naomi Saunders’ Power of Mind™ sports mental training.
During an initial client assessment session, Naomi Saunders talks in depth with clients about what they want to accomplish and to identify the focus for developing the Movement Max Mix™ personalized program.
Together we look at scheduling and the goals. Then we put together individualized elements that are most appropriate to achieve the desired outcome.
The elements of the personalized programs can include a mix of working one-on-one with Naomi and participating in her group or class sessions.
The Movement Max™ philosophy…
As human beings we have tremendous potential—mental and physical—that never gets used. So many people live their lives not having discovered the depths and heights they are capable of, because they have not added to their lives specific methods for transforming potential to reality. Naomi Saunders came to the idea of calling her work Movement Max™ out of her passion for assisting people to be able to live life and to move to their fullest abilities.
She has assembled three highly regarded and powerful methods for discovering and actualizing progress in one’s physical, mental and personal development. These methods work independently to maximize one’s progress.
Naomi believes that every person is individual. She honors the individual needs and goals for what clients want to accomplish in life. She works with people based on that belief to customize a plan to develop each person’s avenue to maximum potential in sports as well as in life.
