Movement Max Mix™ is a personalized program to teach athletes, coaches and teams to get the most out of their mind and body in sports and in life.

Our Mix is a unique combination of Naomi Saunders’ Power of Mind™ mental skills training, Feldenkrais® practices, and/or the Pilates Method. The elements of the personalized programs can include a mix of working one-on-one with Naomi and participating in her group or class sessions.

During an initial assessment session, Naomi Saunders talks in depth with clients about what they want to accomplish. The focus for developing the ‘Mix’ of services is identified to customize each client’s personalized program.

Together we look at scheduling and the goals. Then we put together individualized elements that are most appropriate to begin achieving the desired outcomes.
